Netherlands (?). Spotted at Dutch restorer Bart Holland‘s. Car has sticker from official Maserati dealer Franco Auto in Kwintsheul (Rotterdam), which is just a couple of miles from Bart Holland. Note non original number plate illumination and reflectors (too wide). Interior of trunk should be black. Dashboard is in cream leather instead of black plastic (as much as is visible). Overrestored?
